Use the resulting file browser to select the photo album file you saved on your desktop and click "Open." All its slides are inserted in the Reuse Slides menu. Choose to save it on your desktop and click "Save."Ĭlose the photo album window and return to your main presentation.Ĭlick "Home" at the top of the PowerPoint window.Ĭlick the small arrowhead under New Slide and select "Reuse Slides." The reuse slides menu appears in the right side of the window.Ĭlick "Browse" in the Reuse Slides menu and select "Browse File." Press "Ctrl-S" in the second window to save the photo album. The first slide is a title slide, so you don't need it. Select the first slide in the photo album window and press "Delete" to delete it. You can hold "Ctrl" while clicking to select multiple photos or press "Ctrl-A" to select all of them.Ĭlick "Insert" and then "Create" to create a new photo album in a second PowerPoint 2010 window.
